Capstone Collegiate Communities is proud to announce the grand opening of The Arrow Townhouses and Flats student housing community located in Bozeman, Montana for students at Montana State University.
The development is a multi-building property with 887 beds. Each townhome includes apartments ranging in size from one-bedroom to five-bedroom flats. Amenities include a resort-style pool with poolhouse and hot tub, fitness center, multi-purpose rooms for lounging and studying, as well as a computer lab with free printing. There is also an on-site bike and ski repair shop.
The community was developed by Capstone Collegiate Communities, constructed by CBI Construction Services and designed by the architectural firm Nequette Architecture & Design. All three companies are based in Birmingham, Alabama.
CBI Construction services delivered units starting in June and residents moved in all summer until the final move in day in August. The community performed very well and is currently occupied at 99%.
