BOZEMAN (MT) – Capstone Collegiate Communities is proud to announce the completion of the first phase of construction at The Arrow Townhomes and Flats. This phase consists of 130 beds, all of which were pre-leased before completion of construction, showing the need for quality student housing in the Bozeman area.
The second phase of development is expected to finish in the fall of 2019, and new unit types and styles will be added. Upon completion, there will be 887 beds offered in one to five-bedroom units. The apartments range in size from 574 for the one-bedroom to 1,882 sq. feet for the five-bedroom townhome. Residents sign individual leases which include utilities like internet, cable, water, trash, and partial electricity. All living rooms come furnished, and residents have the option of upgrading to include bedroom furnishings.
All bedrooms are single-occupancy with private bathrooms giving each resident their own space to enjoy. The apartments also feature eat-in kitchens with full-size appliances and granite countertops, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The apartment complex will include luxury amenities such as a resort-style heated pool with in-water loungers and heated spas, and a 24-hour clubhouse with game, fitness, and sauna rooms. Outside our residents will enjoy the fire pits and grill stations.
Bozeman is a small college town located in southwestern Montana near the borders of Idaho and Wyoming. The location is perfect for nature lovers because of its proximity to Yellowstone National Park and world-class skiing at Big Sky Resort.
